Welcome to Seaport

One-of-a-kind Boston neighborhood situated on the waterfront

The Seaport District, or simply Seaport, is a neighborhood in Boston that's part of the larger South Boston area. This beautiful, modern community was once an industrial area that was redeveloped into one of the city's most culturally significant and innovation-inspired areas. With its sophisticated feel, Seaport real estate is highly coveted for its harbor views and distinct charisma.

The first homes built here have an industrial warehouse feel, often brick and beam buildings converted from working buildings to some of the most treasured of modern homes. You have a wide choice of options for glamorous new construction homes, including mid-rise properties with excellent ocean views. Condos and apartments are what you’ll come to find here.
